   Dear Senator,
   
   I'm writing to urge you to pass S.1738 and more than double current funding to increase the number of forensic labs, federal-state task forces and federal agents to combat child pornography. I understand that with current funding, law enforcement is only able to investigate 2% of the 570,000 known child exploitation cases. In approximately 30% of these cases, a child is rescued from further abuse.
   
   Please fund this bill and help law enforcement rescue these children and prosecute those who exploit them. With your help we can do our best to ensure that this happens to not one more child.
